(Scene: Rush Hour time at Mehdipatnam; I was, as usual, sitting in the last seat of the bus and gazing out of the window with my head hanging out after yet another routine day….)
I was enjoying the fun of sitting in a bus and watching a deadly traffic jam from window seat when suddenly a big machine named Honda Civic being driven by a beautiful lady in a white designer kurtha and faded blue jeans caught my attention….
Thanks to traffic jam, I could closely observe the way she was driving the big car with soft hands and playing with the steering wheel like a small ring while the other big guys were struggling to move their cars smoothly. She was cool, calm, relaxed, stretched out and was controlling her car like a small toy. The A.C in her car was good (I think); she was happily changing the audio tracks in her player when we were all choking in the polluted air. I tried so much to have a glance at her face but I was in a bus, a higher machine than her’s and the result is that her car’s roof did not allow to me to have a look at her. I imagined what would be her profession; maybe a head of HRD in a big MNC or a Delivery manager or something else. Or she would have been one of the daughters of a bigwig in the society (but bigwigs always see that drivers are there, so ruling out this possibility). Leaving her profession aside, I felt that she is making a strong statement by displaying her driving skills in the male dominated driving here in the city, that too in a traffic jam. I loved your attitude (now don’t ask me how could you analyze her attitude in that little time! I rely on my instincts)
Whoever is this Ms. AP 09 BN ****, you have made my routine evening a bit more cheerful and more interesting. Thanks for the pleasant evening..!
